i am unable to execute movement in my eight fingers, thumbs excluded
(which means i'm typing this with my index only at a record slow speed)

things that are most difficult to do when forearm muscles (that help your fingers move & grip) have severe cramps

1.going to the toilet (the whole process is painful, try not to imagine)
2.brushing teeth
3.WRITING ! !! !! & erasing!!! (& typing) ksdfhfhjkdsyewqiyuer
4.eating noodles with chopsticks
5.opening a bottle
6.waving (5 outstretched fingers is a gravity-defying feat)
7.opening a door!! and closing it (i.e. car door) i had to do it 3 times before i could shut it tight
8.opening biscuit/chocolate wrappers
9.holding any form if railings or poles (i.e. on a peak-hour & jerky SBS bus)
10. BATHING !! ! (& combing my hair) ahhh kill me now!

all that matters, is today(: -
