Everyone has a shadow. A dark cloud, a fear and doubt, that follows even the best of us. We pretend the shadow isn't there. By using cognitive dissonance, we feign honesty, we draw up a facade of indifference, hoping that if we run faster and farther, master harder techniques, it'll get tired and give up the chase. But like they say, you can't outrun your shadow.
Everyone has a shadow. And the only way to get rid of the shadow, is to turn off the lights, to stop running from the darkness.
What would you do if you could travel back in time? What would be the answer that will bring about closure? What would they remember me as?
Breathe in the uncertainty.

it's exactly like a photograph that was forgotten to be brought into focus, with nothing but silhouettes and blurred faces.

all that matters, is today(: -
